Who we are
After 16 years spent as an Officer in the Royal Air Force Regiment, Ryan Johnson , Founder and Principal Consultant, moved into designing and delivering training and developing Human Capital solutions. He has worked for the London Fire Brigade, London Underground and Transport for London in the United Kingdom. Team Development Solutions is incorporated in The United Arab Emirates with offices in Dubai. Ryan has extensive Middle East experience having worked for Etihad Rail, Dubai Metro & Tram in the UAE as well as the Riyadh Metro project and The National Water Company in Saudi Arabia. He was also a Senior Consultant in The Sultanate of Oman working in Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, FMCG, Defence and Aviation.
